Project Description
MTBS was contracted by a global terminal operator (GTO) to provide buy-side transaction advisory services for the tender of Patimban Port in Indonesia. This GTO led a Consortium in submitting a binding offer to operate the container terminal under a long-term sub-concession contract. MTBS supported the Consortium in this process by conducting detailed due diligence, preparing the final bid structure and document, and supporting with the final contract negotiations. Financial close was reached for this transaction at the end of 2024.
