Project Description
MTBS was assigned by China Merchants Port to conduct the buyer’s commercial due diligence on the Brazilian container terminal TCP. Our services included volume projections for the target, tariff analysis, capacity assessment, and a review on the operational costs, investments, and main agreements. The results were summarised in a due diligence report and a financial model.
