MTBS was hired by Red Sea Container Terminals Company S.A.E. to conduct a commercial due diligence study for their planned container terminal in the Port of Sokhna (Egypt). MTBS developed a traffic forecast, revenue forecast, and concession benchmark to support the Client in attracting financing for the project.
