MTBS was hired by an Asian financial investor to conduct a commercial due diligence on a portfolio of dry bulk terminal assets in Southeast Asia. MTBS analysed the commercial potential of the portfolio by detailing the competitive landscape, forecasting dry bulk demand on a commodity level, evaluating commercial risks and mitigations, and benchmarking tariff levels charged in competitive terminals. The CDD Report was used in the preparation of the Client’s NBO.
