MTBS was appointed by an international terminal operator to conduct a commercial due diligence for the potential acquisition of shares in CSP Spain, a portfolio of assets strategically located along the Spanish North-South corridor including 2 container terminals, 2 inland terminals and 2 rail operator companies. The main objective is to provide an independent assessment of the market and competitive position, to project volumes of the project’s business and forecast tariffs.
