Project Description
MTBS was hired by DP World to execute a commercial due diligence for the Duhok dry port in the Kurdistan region. The objective of the study was to undertake a detailed market study for the development of a container yard, self-operated warehouses as well as a logistics park and industrial zone in Duhok, Iraqi Kurdistan. The dry port was launched in 2018 and DP World requested MTBS to forecast the potential traffic and revenues of the dry port.
