MTBS was hired by a logistics company to develop a commercial due diligence related to a possible acquisition target. The scope of the study focused on the copper, sulphur and fertiliser market in both Tanzania and Zambia. Therefore, a macro-economic analysis and a benchmark exercise (inter- and intra corridor) was developed, enabling the team to forecast the expected volumes to be handled.
