Project Description

The Client has hired MTBS to conduct commercial due diligence on Terminal à Conteneurs de Nouakchott, supporting the potential provision of equity for a co-investment into the terminal. MTBS’ work was based on the review of Seller’s Business Model and supporting due diligence materials and stakeholder interviews. This assessment has led to the due diligence and update of the volume projections, and a due diligence on the CAPEX and OPEX plan.
