Project Description
COSCO SHIPPING Ports engaged MTBS to conduct a commercial due diligence for the acquisition of a stake in the Vado container terminal and multi-purpose terminal. The activities included a market projection for the region, a competitive assessment, a tariff analysis and a revenue projection including scenario analysis. The results are used for the final negotiation and valuation of the target.
