Project Description

MTBS was hired by ICS Danube Logistics SRL to conduct a commercial feasibility assessment for Giurgiulesti International Free Port (“GIFP”). As part of the assignment, MTBS prepared a technical, operational and financial plan in relation to the additional land areas related to the future expansion of the port. Moreover, the host investment agreement was reviewed, based on which amendments were recommended to improve the agreement in line with international best practice standards.
