Project Description
Forth Ports has engaged MTBS to conduct the commercial strategy market analysis for the London Container Terminal. The market analysis included a competition analysis for the UK and European port sector, a shipping market analysis and a container trade analysis. Furthermore MTBS advised on the business plan actions to follow up on identified market opportunities. One of the recommendations has resulted in a cooperation with the port of Zeebrugge to attract Far-East and Latin America cargo.
