Project Description
In the context of an agribulk port terminal development in Kazakhstan, Abu Dhabi Ports Group (“ADPG”) has engaged MTBS to prepare a comprehensive commercial report on the regional grain trades, transport and value chains for grains in the region, and potential port volumes for the focal port terminal. Additionally, MTBS prepared a business plan for the new grain terminal and a financial model with comprehensive analysis of the expected financial returns of the project.
