MTBS was hired by an Infrastructure Fund to conduct both commercial and technical due diligence on Grain Bulk, supporting the Client in its bid to acquire a share in the business. The due diligence exercise covered both the assets in the Port of Mombasa, and upcountry in Embakasi. Key commodities covered include grain, fertiliser, clinker, vegetable oil and rice.
