Project Description
MTBS was engaged to assess the competitive neutrality in the port sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The engagement included an assessment of the institutional structures applied in the various ports and an analysis of the government policies that are applied to the port institutional models. The aim of the assessment was to provide recommendations for tailoring the government policies to institutional models, in order to create a neutral competitive field for all stakeholders involved in the Saudi Arabia port industry.
