Project Description
MTBS was hired by Luka Koper to provide a benchmark analysis in which Luka Koper’s operational, financial, labour, organisational, IT, health and safety and environmental performance is benchmarked against the performance of 15 European ports and 25 European terminals. Luka Koper has a unique business model in Europe, acting as both port operator and port authority, resulting in the need to benchmark both port authorities and terminals.
