Project Description
MTBS advised the Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) on the container market of an undisclosed region in Asia. This study formed an integral part of a corporate transaction in relation to the container terminal portfolio of HHLA. The study included an analysis of demand and supply of container handling services in the region and an in-depth analysis of the competitive forces in the region. HHLA is a leading Global Terminal Operator with operations in Germany and Ukraine.
