The objective of this assignment is (i) to secure and improve the facilitation of the current air and maritime cargo streams, (ii) to attract new air and maritime cargo streams. The study included: traffic forecast, regional and international competitive analysis, stakeholders analysis and SWOT analysis and is supported by an implementation plan.
