for Koper Container Terminal Expansion

Project Description
MTBS was hired by Luka Koper to develop the design, cost estimates and implementation plan for at least four options for expansion of the container terminal. The aim of the assignment was to create a design and transition plan for the container terminal to increase capacity from approximately 1 million TEU to 2 million TEU per annum. The final report included AutoCAD designs, capex estimates, implementation plans and pros and cons of the different options.
