Project Description
MTBS was hired by C40 and ClearSeas to develop a port investment toolkit for infrastructure investments related to (greening) the port as transport node or energy hub for port authorities across the globe. The assignment aimed to develop a toolkit by identifying investment roles in different types of ports, based on existing governance/regulatory constraints and international best practices. The scope included, but was not limited to, climate infrastructure investments.
