MTBS was hired by TradeMark Africa to facilitate the unlocking of Kenya’s persihable export potential through the development of end-to-end infrastructure masterplan, policy and strategy. The key focus was on enhancing infrastructure along the northern corridor through the development of a consolidation centre in Naivasha, upgrades to the railway system to accommodate cool logistics and improvements to the port facilities in Mombasa to better handle the sea freight of fresh produce.
