Project Description
MTBS has been assigned by the Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) to develop a 30-year maritime masterplan for ports in the 15 ECOWAS member states. The main objective of the masterplan is to identify the maritime sector requirements within the sub-region to meet projected economic growth and development needs. Services provided include: demand analysis, traffic forecasting, port masterplanning, strategy advisory, port benchmarking and financial advisory.
