Project Description

MTBS was hired as part of a consortium to develop the full business case for an inland dry port (IDP) development in Kano State, Nigeria. MTBS performed a commercial market analysis to assess the future container handling potential of the IDP. Based on this commercial case, the team created the facility’s technical and operational design and development plan and evaluated the project’s financial feasibility, value for money, affordability and bankability.
