Project Description
MTBS was appointed by the client to prepare a development plan for a Port in Baku. The development plan is underpinned by a market study to understand the port’s competitive position in the middle corridor. MTBS conducted a technical assessment of the port and prepared three port layout plans to accommodate the anticipated cargo growth. Finally, MTBS determined the financial feasibility of the preferred development option.
