Project Description

MTBS was hired by TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) to provide a diagnostic analysis of the Berbera corridor which connects the port of Berbera to the Ethiopia market. MTBS reviewed the current status of the corridor and assessed the potential traffic volumes for the corridor in competition with the existing Djibouti corridor. A gap analysis was carried out, resulting in an investment programme which serves as a roadmap for the future development of the corridor.
