Project Description
MTBS was appointed by a global container terminal operator to assist with the development of its bid for the Douala International Container Terminal. MTBS assisted the client with the market analysis, including the traffic forecast, competitive analysis and logistic chain cost analysis. In addition, MTBS developed the revenue forecast module that was used in the financial model for the Client. MTBS also assisted with the operational analysis of the terminal.
