Project Description
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has assigned MTBS to conduct a due diligence in relation to a senior debt package for refinancing and expansion of Marine Antipollution Enterprise (MAE) in Varna, Bulgaria. MAE’s terminal in Varna includes a shore treatment plant and terminals for base/processed oil, general cargo, and oily waters. The due diligence covers the technical design, connecting infrastructure, operations, costs and benefits, as well as opportunities for green innovations.
