Project Description
MTBS was hired by the World Bank to carry out a due diligence regarding the potential for private sector participation in the Lake Victoria transport system in Uganda. The project included an assessment of the current transport system, modelling transport networks, a traffic forecast, an assessment of strategic development options, financial and economic analyses, and an assessment of potential for private sector involvement in the identified development options.
