Project Description
MTBS was hired by the National Fisheries and Aquaculture Authority to conduct an economic and financial feasibility study. The project considered the feasibility of the rehabilitation and development of the Mesurado Fishing Pier in Monrovia, Liberia. The purpose of the project was to develop enabling infrastructure to revamp the domestic fisheries sector, thereby achieving societal welfare gains. In addition, the institutional feasibility was assessed.
