Project Description

MTBS was hired by China Overseas Infrastructure Development and Investment Corporation (COIDIC) to assess the financial feasibility of the development of a multi-purpose terminal (MPT) and highway linking the MPT to the special economic zone. MTBS was responsible for the traffic forecast, the economic and financial analysis, defined the development strategy of the project and provided strategic advise on the legal and institutional framework. In addition, MTBS provided preparatory support of concession agreement negotiations between COIDIC and the Port Authority of Pointe-Noire.
