Project Description

MTBS was hired by a port service provider active in the port of Durban to conduct a group enterprise valuation. The group consisted of four different business units, for which MTBS projected the free cash flows, including required capital expenditures and future funding needs. MTBS prepared a detailed valuation model and evaluated the key commercial, operational, technical, and financial asset parameters. The valuation was prepared in line with industry best practices for ports valuation.
