Project Description

MTBS was hired by the European Investment Bank as part of a consortium to proivde support in setting-up an enhanced inland waterway transport service in the Danube Delta. MTBS performed a diagnostic analysis to determine the baseline setting, prepared a market forecast, delivered an infrastructure and vessel options assessment and conducted the project feasibility, including an institutional review and analysis. Also, MTBS provided the tender documentation and assistance during procurement.
