Project Description
PT Pengembang Pelabuhan Indonesia has hired a consortium including MTBS to conduct a feasibility study for the Cikarang Bekasi Laut (CBL) inland waterway project. The project focuses on the development of an inland waterway and inland container terminal which connects the Tanjung Priok container terminals with the hinterland. Main services included: market assessment, competitive analysis, business case development, financial modeling, viability assessment and PPP structuring.
