Project Description
MTBS was selected by a consortium of Moroccan investors to perform a commercial due diligence for a multi-purpose terminal in the port of Conakry. Tasks performed included a (i) traffic forecast for grains, cement, clinkers and RoRo (ii) an analysis of future returns based on existing tariffs and cost structure of the transport chain per commodity, (iii) operational assessment of current port terminals and (iv) analysis of potential bottlenecks.
