Project Description
MTBS as a member of a consortium has been hired by the EBRD and IFC to conduct the transaction of two ports in the Ukraine: Olvia and Kherson, which are currently operated by state-owned companies. The transaction preparation consists of a feasibility study for both ports to assess the financial, technical, environmental, social and legal viability. This will result in the preferred PPP-structure for both ports, the transaction strategy and selection and contracting of the preferred bidder for the concession.
