Project Description
MTBS has been assigned by Kenya Ports Authority to conduct the feasibility study and transaction advisory services for the development of the port of Shimoni. MTBS evaluated the commercial, technical, financial, legal and environmental feasibility of the project and provided options for the PPP development of the port in line with Kenya’s PPP guidelines. In a subsequent phase, MTBS was engaged in transaction advisory services, in order to execute the concession for Shimoni port.
