Project Description
MTBS was hired by the World Bank to perform a feasibility study for a regional ferry service in the Eastern Caribbean. MTBS performed a passenger and cargo 20- year traffic forecast, proposed a ferry service network, recommended the supporting investments for vessels and ports and PPP structures, and assessed the financial and economic feasibility of the project. The final deliverables consisted of a full business case and a development plan.
