Project Description
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia contracted MTBS to conduct a feasibility study for the development of a dry port and special economic zone in the Shirak region, Armenia. The study included a detailed market and demand analysis, a cargo forecast; a preliminary technical design and cost estimates; an environmental and social scoping study; a financial and economic analysis to determine the feasibility of the project, and a regulatory review.
