for a Dry Port near the Border between Liberia and Guinea

Project Description
MTBS was hired by the Liberian Government, sponsored by the World Bank, to conduct a feasibility study for a dry port in Liberia, close to the Guinean border. The services performed included the identification of a location for the dry port, a SWOT analysis for said location, a stakeholder analysis, a technical and economical assessment of the project, the preparation of a PPP and of the concession tender documents. In Phase 2 MTBS has executed the transaction.
