Project Description
The IFC has hired MTBS to conduct a feasibility study for Abu Tartour Port, with the aim to identify the type of industrial activities and related cargo handling terminals that could be developed in the port through private sector participation (PSP). Main services include: market assessment, market consultation with private investors, competitive analysis, business case development, financial modelling, viability assessment, risk analysis and provide recommendations for optimal PPP structures.
