for Bangkok Port’s West Quay as Automated Terminal

Project Description
MTBS was hired, as part of a consortium, by the Port Authority Thailand to provide a market and a financial analysis for the feasibility study of Bangkok Port’s West Quay. The main objective was to develop the terminal as a semi-automated container terminal. MTBS performed a legal review, a market and traffic forecast analysis, an investment needs analysis, developed alternative PPP arrangements and provided a financial analysis.
