Project Description

MTBS was hired by Tanzania Ports Authority, as part of a consortium to provide the commercial assessment, financial assessment and economic assessment for the existing multipurpose berths and proposed oil jetties and tank farms. MTBS carried out a traffic forecast based on macro-economic analysis, historic data and stakeholder interviews. Further, MTBS built a financial and economic model to determine financial and economic feasibility of the projects.
