Project Description
MTBS was hired, as part of a consortium, by Tanzania Ports Authority (TPA) to conduct a commercial, economic & financial feasibility study, for the development of the Mbegani greenfield port and the modernisation of Bagamoyo port. MTBS projected the prospective cargo volumes could attract which were used to conduct an economic and financial evaluation, resulting in a detailed implementation plan that helps TPA strategise the development of the two projects.
