Project Description

The European Investment Bank engaged MTBS to undertake a comprehensive feasibility study to prepare a development strategy for the rehabilitation and extension of the commercial port in Port Victoria. The overall objective of the project is the development of an economically efficient and modally complementary infrastructure contributing to the socio-economic growth in the Seychelles. The assignment included commercial, technical, financial, economic, environmental and social feasibility, as well as project structuring and a project implementation plan.
