Project Description
MTBS, as part of a consortium, was hired by the National Economic and Development Authority to conduct a feasibility study for the development of a greenfield dry port in the Philippines. The main goal of the assessment was to support the Client in the decision-making process on PPP-structuring of the project. MTBS assessed multiple potential dry port locations in Northern Luzon, made a recommendation on the preferred dry port site and analysed the feasibility of this site.
