Project Description
MTBS was hired by Sky Ports to provide strategic and financial advisory services for the investment in the East Port Said Multipurpose Terminal. MTBS performed a market assessment for the identification of the target commodity, carried out a full feasibility study, provided assistance in singing an MoU with the public grantor and assisted in the strategic partner search and bid support up to the signing of the concession agreement.
