MTBS was part of a consortium and conducted a feasibility study for on-shore power supply, EV charging and the development of renewable energy in Madeira’s ports by the Administração dos Portos da Região Autónoma da Madeira. In this project, MTBS developed a traffic forecast for each of Madeira’s ports, and assessed the financial feasibility of developing on-shore power supply in these ports. Furthermore, MTBS provided a strategic and financial analysis of different conceptual designs of the island’s OPS systems.”
