Project Description
MTBS was engaged as financial advisor by a private consortium developing a greenfield multi-purpose port. MTBS was responsible for developing the financial model and providing strategic direction to the commercial and capex workstreams. Additionally, MTBS was engaged to optimise the project structure for the envisaged project financing and was the lead advisor for sounding and involving potential financiers.
