Project Description

MTBS was engaged as financial and transaction advisor by a private investor for the preparation of a greenfield container terminal, a car terminal and a free zone development on private land near the port of Mombasa. MTBS prepared the masterplan, technical – financial feasibility, and guided the transaction preparations and prepared the documents for the concession agreement with public port authority, the agreement with a strategic investor, i.e. a shareholders and share purchase agreement, and of the financing.
