MTBS was engaged by Coega Development Corporation (CDC) to provide financial structuring and business case advice for the development of logistics bases in Cameroon. Activities included (i) optimizing the financial structure of the intended Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in terms of equity and debt components and (ii) discussions and negotiations with potential lenders and equity partners.
