Project Description
MTBS was hired by Finnish Overseas Consultants (representing a Joint Venture with DOWHA and Soosung Engineering) to provide consultancy services in support of the detailed design of two ports in Papua New Guinea. MTBS was tasked with the preparation of cargo traffic forecasts to inform the master planning of these ports. In addition, MTBS conducted a detailed financial and economic analysis to assess the feasibility of the project.
